About LGs Little Learners Hub

LGs Little Learners Hub is a space created by an ECE teacher and mum to share practical, play-based ideas for little learners. Here you’ll find classroom inspiration, learning activities, helpful resources, and simple ideas that educators and families can use in everyday learning and play.

A well-organized early childhood classroom reading corner without any people, styled to feel like a cozy retreat for little learners. A low, curved bookshelf brims with front-facing picture books in diverse colors and illustration styles, their covers bright but harmonious. Plump floor cushions and a small, soft beanbag cluster on a textured rug, with a knitted blanket folded nearby. A simple, child-height lamp with a fabric shade glows warmly in the corner, complementing late-afternoon natural light from a nearby window. The walls feature subtle, non-textual art in soft tones. Photographic realism, eye-level composition with sharp focus throughout captures the whole nook. The atmosphere is soothing, safe, and welcoming, embodying professional yet homely early learning support for both educators and families.
A close-up, photographic view of an early literacy invitation to play arranged on a low preschool table. Smooth wooden letter tiles are scattered beside a shallow wooden tray of kinetic sand, where a few letters have been pressed to leave crisp impressions. Nearby, a stack of small, sturdy picture books with thick, matte pages sits next to a simple clipboard holding a single sheet with large, blank lines. The background reveals blurred shelves with baskets and natural-toned manipulatives. Soft, diffused daylight from a side window creates delicate highlights on the sand’s texture and gentle shadows around the tiles. Captured at child’s-eye level with shallow depth of field, the image feels focused, calm, and intentionally prepared, reflecting a professional yet warm early learning environment.

ECE Teacher & Mum

With years of experience in early childhood education, I created LGs Little Learners Hub to share practical ideas that can actually work in everyday classrooms and homes. I believe young children learn best through meaningful play, warm relationships, and environments that encourage them to explore, create, and grow.

Early Childhood Educator • Mum • Creator

I’m an early childhood educator and a mum with more than 12 years of teaching experience across the Philippines, Singapore, and New Zealand. Over the years, I’ve worked with children across different ages and learning environments, and those experiences have shaped my belief that young children learn best through meaningful play, warm relationships, and experiences that encourage curiosity and exploration.

I’m also a mum to Cassey, and many of the ideas behind LGs Little Learners Hub are inspired by our life at home. Like many parents, I want to create meaningful ways for my child to learn, play, and stay engaged without always turning to a screen. The printable activities and resources I create for my Etsy shop are part of that too — they are designed to give children simple, hands-on opportunities to explore, create, practise new skills, and enjoy learning away from screens.

That combination of being a teacher and a mum is really what LGs Little Learners Hub is about. I created this space to share practical classroom ideas, play-based activities, teaching resources, learning-at-home inspiration, and thoughtfully chosen tools that can make everyday learning a little easier for both educators and families.

My hope is simple: that when you visit, you leave with an idea you can actually use — whether you’re setting up your classroom, planning an activity, looking for a helpful resource, or simply finding a new way to learn and play with your little one.
